We remind you that wearing your exhibitor badge in a visible way is mandatory on the show.

 

E-INVITATIONS :

Each invitation comes with a code that allows your customer to download a free entrance ticket from the Euroforest online ticketing service:

Two possibilities to send your e-invitation codes:

  1. Customize and send your emails directly from the platform (by clicking on the CUSTOMIZE AND SEND YOUR INVITATIONS button):
    • either by importing an Excel table,
    • or by filling in the information of each of your customers, (only their email address is mandatory).
  2. Create your codes by clicking on GENERATE CODES (WITHOUT SENDING EMAIL) and send them from your own mailbox.
